Adam has over 18 years of experience covering, Retail, Pharmacy, Local Government and IT in a multitude of roles from Sales & Account Management, Marketing, Procurement, Operation and Consulting. With 10 years experience within the IT Industry across a wide range of business sectors and roles, he has held specialist and consultative roles covering the breadth of the industry working with Industry Analysts such as Gartner through to internal strategy creation for BT Group and a plethora of end customers. Currently, Adam divides his time between direct customer consulting and his responsibility for the management of the Risual's services portfolio, ensuring that customer needs are consistently represented in the products and services they offer. Adam has been instrumental in a number of key initiatives to ensure that all solutions have a clear and demonstrable ROI through the delivery of an integrated solutions approach based predominantly on Microsoft and Cisco technology. Recently Adam's focus has been in the Cloud Computing, as a founder member of the leading industry Cloud Computing forum supporting the creation of consumer guidance to understand " the cloud" and what services and behaviour a credible supplier should demonstrate.
